Christopher Taylor called the meeting to order at 6:03 pm

T Shirts are in and ready to pick up, Saja will send out a notice for pick up day and time.                                                                                                                

 

Trunk or treat update Trunk Decorating Contest:

• 1st: Gina Juarez – “Halloween Hootenanny”
• 2nd (tie): Taylor Family – “Super Mario Bros.”
• 2nd (tie): Olivia Chaparro – “Day of the Dead”
• 3rd: Pestka & Gerard – “Haunted Garden”

           50/50 Raffle Winner: Boteilho

 

Butter Braids biggest fundraiser of the year  

• Fundraiser Starts 11/7 

• Fundraiser ends 11/21

• Delivery date 11/30

• Delivery will be at Hidden Hills Elementary School

•  Kids will be bringing home the butter braids pastry with them that day 

• Look for the fundraiser form in the monday folder 11/7

 

Treasure Report -Barbara Lyons review budget to date and monthly treasurer’s report.

Christopher will be sending out an email explaining how it works and how to sign up.

Website New website will be up Saja is building the new website 

 

Principals Report – Drew Davis 

• Will send out an email to the staff to apply for the teacher of the month program.

• Pizza Party? Date? And time? 

• Hidden Hills has earned a “B” letter grade designation from the Arizona Department of Education.

  

Student council wants to do a food drive for moms pantry the week before thanksgiving, Christopher will reach out to them to try to make it happen for that week if not for an alternative date. Possibly reaching out to the door dash, uber eats etc.
